I am 16 years old. Having kidney stone of 13 mm. I have consulted a nephrologist and he has prescribed me ornof and urimax 0.2 tablets .i have read the side effects of ornof. Is it safe to take it. I just need to know whether its ok or not .also there is moderate hydroureteronephrosis and swollen lymph nodes .he has further said to me to have a pcct kub scan.

Hello. You should take those medicines to help your kidneys. A stone this big is unlikely to pass on ours own. And getting a ct will confirm the size of stone, number of stones, location etc to decide if there's need of surgery.
